Large technology programmes rarely fail on the technology. They fail where strategy meets operations: unclear ownership, vendors reporting progress nobody can check, and plans the business stopped believing months ago.

AI repeats the same pattern, only faster. Tools arrive before anyone has agreed the problem, pilots never reach real users, and staff adopt AI that nobody has approved.

Where we work

From Meydan Free Zone in Dubai we work with organisations across the UAE and the wider GCC: on-site for workshops and key milestones, remote for day-to-day delivery. We know the regulators, the large utilities and government entities, and the pace at which decisions get made here.

I have spent more than 15 years on the delivery side of large technology programmes in the GCC, the part where plans meet real systems, real vendors and real deadlines. Along the way I have delivered for TAQA Distribution, DEWA, SEWA, FEWA and ENOC.

At PwC Middle East and Contango I led customer, billing and IT consolidation programmes for utilities, often with several vendors working at once. Before that, as Division Manager at Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group), I ran IT for the business and moved it from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Zoho.

I started Novadigm to bring that discipline to AI: choosing the use cases worth building, delivering them properly and keeping them under control.
